Cabin One: the ground's broken at Betsy

Ozark Gothic is five acres across two parcels in downtown Rogers, a short roll from Lake Atalanta. For a while it's been the quiet version of itself — a camper and RV hookups, the lake and the trails minutes out. That's starting to change.

Cabin One is rising now on the Betsy parcel, opening early Fall 2026. It's the first building to go up on the land, and the one that sets the tone for what follows — a second build is planned for the Walnut parcel after.
