Refract Ventures is the operating company for our family's outward work — every stay, brand, and parcel here is run by the people on this page, not a call center. The same people work across everything our family builds. When you message a property, the reply comes from someone whose name is below — usually within a few hours. Here's who you're talking to.
If you've ever messaged one of our places, you've already met Jordan — she's the reply. She keeps the books for every business in the family, co-hosts the stays with Jacey, and would still rather see you in person.

If something needs checking or fixing at any of our places, Cash is who shows up — quietly, on time, with the right tools. He’s a college student before he’s anything else, headed for an engineering degree, and he takes the safety side of this seriously.

The name Refract is his — from many years building Google's network, where the work was literally light through glass. His skills and Ashley's quiet hobby found a spark, and the whole family caught it.

It all started with two little houses and a hobby she kept quiet. Now she runs the operating company under the family enterprise — holding the day-to-day so every operator — each one family, or a very close confidante — can run their own thing.
