Both suites at Faye Social House plus the outdoor bar, grill, and tailgate space — opened a few weekends a year for the games and festivals that turn this part of Fayetteville into a city humming with energy. Park 15 cars in the back. Walk to the stadium. Come back to the porch and let everyone else fight the traffic.
Both suites, the outdoor bar, the back lot — opened up for the weekends the city is alive.
Gameday is the whole social side of Faye Social House: the upstairs lock-off suite (The Balcony, king), the ground-floor lock-off suite (The Front Porch, queen), the outdoor bar and grill, and the back lot built for 15 cars. It's a different listing from the suites individually because it only opens a handful of weekends a year — Razorback home games, Bikes Blues & BBQ, fall festival weekends, the kind of dates where you want the whole experience, not just a bed.
On those weekends Fayetteville hums. Students on the sidewalk, tailgaters in the alley, a freight train cutting through twice a day, fight-song faintly drifting up from the stadium half a mile south. We open the porch, the upstairs balcony, the side yard, and the bar — and your group has the run of all of it. Sleeps four indoors, hosts a bigger crowd outside.
Park up to 15 cars in the back lot — your group, your guests, whoever's joining for the cookout. Smart locks on both suites; one keypad code each. Self check-in any time after 3 PM. Both kitchenettes stocked with coffee, the grill primed, ice on request. There's a smart TV in each suite if the game starts before you can walk over.
Pricing reflects the weekend it's covering. Minimum $250/night, real numbers usually higher around marquee games. The main house is rented long-term — Gameday includes the two lock-off suites and the outdoor common space, not the main residence. Locked doors keep the boundaries clean.

331 S Hill Ave — basically on campus.
Distances are walking unless noted. Putnam District is the residential pocket between Dickson and the stadium; the Razorback Greenway runs a block over.
