Cabin One is going up at 105 N Betsy Ln, and while it does, this is where we sleep. The Vortex is a Black Series HQ19 parked on serviced ground under the trees — ours, not a rental, and not listed anywhere.
Somewhere to sleep while we build the cabin.
105 N Betsy Ln is 2.25 wooded acres on the east edge of downtown Rogers — the Ozark Gothic brand spans 5 acres across two parcels here. Quiet enough for a fire pit and the cicadas to be the loudest things, close enough to walk to Lake Atalanta in fifteen minutes. The trailer is a Black Series HQ19 we call The Vortex: a serious off-road rig with a full interior, parked on a level pad with hookups.
Outdoor kitchen under the awning — grill, prep counter, sink, fridge. Inside there’s a queen bed, a dinette that converts, a full bath, and Starlink, which is how the rest of the work still gets done from out here.
The 2.25 acres hold a small course of mini-golf, a fire ring with seating, and clearings under the canopy. Most evenings that’s the whole programme: a fire, and whatever got done on the cabin that day.
Lake Atalanta is the lake right next door: a 30-acre lake in a 236-acre park, with 10 miles of singletrack ringing it, fishing piers, a beach. Connector trails reach the Railyard Bike Park downtown and the Razorback Greenway. Onyx Coffee at The 1907, Honeycomb Kitchen Shop, and the rest of downtown Rogers are five minutes by car. Beaver Lake is fifteen.
What’s on the property.
105 N Betsy Ln — walk to the lake, drive to Beaver.
Downtown Rogers is the small, historic downtown that anchors the east side of NWA. Lake Atalanta is the city's open-water trail loop. Beaver Lake is fifteen minutes east.
