The quiet half of Ozark Gothic — 1111 E Walnut St, the second of our two parcels. We'd like to build here one day. Nothing is drawn, permitted or scheduled, so there's no date to give.

Ozark Gothic spans five acres across two parcels in downtown Rogers. Betsy is at Stage 04, with a cabin going up. Walnut is at Stage 01 — land held: nothing designed, nothing filed, no date. We walk it and think about where a cabin might sit, and that’s the whole of it so far. The mailbox is up at 1111 E Walnut St; the rest follows when it follows.
