Ozark Gothic spans five acres across two parcels in downtown Rogers. The Betsy parcel is live now — The Vortex camper, with Cabin One rising beside it. Walnut is the second: a future build planned for late 2026 into 2027. We're walking the land and drawing the footprint, and we'll share more as it takes shape. For now it's the quiet end of the property — minutes from Lake Atalanta, with the same hands behind it. The mailbox is up at 1111 E Walnut St; the rest follows.
